Below is an overview of Nuova Marketing’s advertising policies, which outline the content requirements for advertisements (hereinafter referred to as “Policies”) submitted by our demand clients and partners (“Buyers”) when purchasing advertising inventory via the Nuova Marketing platform (“Nuova Services”). Failure to adhere to these Policies may result in one or more enforcement actions as detailed in Section 4 below, at Nuova Marketing’s discretion.
Nuova Marketing reserves the right to update these Policies at any time. If significant changes are made, prior written notice will be provided before the updates take effect. By continuing to use Nuova Services after such updates, Buyers agree to comply with the revised Policies.
For clarity, these obligations are in addition to those outlined in any agreements entered into with Nuova Marketing for the provision of Nuova Services. Any rights or remedies under such agreements are not restricted by the enforcement of these Policies.
Prohibited Content and Practices
Buyers are strictly prohibited from advertising or placing ads via Nuova Services that contain, promote, or are associated with any of the following:
• Offensive or Discriminatory Content:
Content that is profane, discriminatory, or promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.
• Sexual or Adult Content:
Content featuring nudity, pornography, or other adult materials.
• Restricted Substances and Weapons:
Ads promoting tobacco products, electronic smoking devices, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, weapons, firearms, or related accessories.
• Violent or Shocking Content:
Provocative imagery, graphic violence, or any other shocking material.
• Illegal or Harmful Activities:
Ads containing copyrighted material without permission, counterfeit goods, spyware, malware, or hacking tools.
• Harassment or Exploitation:
Content that involves bullying, threats, harassment, or compensation schemes (e.g., “pay-to-surf” programs).
• Misleading or Unrealistic Claims:
Ads with deceptive, libelous, or exaggerated claims, including fake documents or academic cheating services.
• Unethical Online Practices:
Activities promoting spam, artificially inflating traffic, or generating clicks dishonestly.
• Non-Compliant Content:
Ads targeting children that fail to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK CAP Code, or similar legal acts in other jurisdictions.
• Miscellaneous Restrictions:
• Blank pages, personal webpages, or pages containing only advertisements.
• Content with unusually high click-through rates or that generates automatic clicks.
• Any content that infringes on the legal rights of others or promotes illegal activity.
Nuova Marketing remains committed to ensuring a safe and ethical advertising ecosystem. Buyers are expected to align with these standards to maintain the integrity of our platform.
Restricted Content and Practices
Buyers may advertise and place ads on Nuova Marketing’s Services that include or promote certain restricted content categories under the following conditions:
1. Prior written consent has been obtained from Nuova Marketing, and
2. The Buyer has implemented appropriate controls to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in the targeted audience’s country.
Examples of Restricted Content Categories:
• Alcohol-Related Content
• Gambling and Online Gambling (including casinos if real currency is involved or if there is the ability to cash out)
• Lotteries
• Pharmaceutical or Health Products and Services (including prescription medications)
• Political Campaigning Content (must comply with election silence periods or other legal restrictions)
• Other Restricted Businesses:
Nuova Marketing may restrict businesses deemed prone to abuse or exploitation, even if they comply with applicable policies in their home country. If a business poses a risk to user safety or experience, Nuova Marketing reserves the right to limit or prohibit related advertisements.
Content Aimed at Children
Nuova Marketing does not intentionally collect personal information about children under 16 years of age. If such data is inadvertently collected, it will be promptly deleted.
Ad Quality Testing
Nuova Marketing, in collaboration with third-party malware scanning vendors, actively monitors all advertising materials to detect and prevent malware or malicious content. Creative assets may be scanned prior to delivery and during campaigns to ensure user safety.
Advertisements Targeting a UK Audience
All advertisements targeting a UK audience must comply with the CAP Code outlined by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). The CAP Code can be accessed online at:

Third-Party Seller Policies
In addition to Nuova Marketing’s Policies, some publishers, exchanges, and data providers may impose additional restrictions. Buyers are responsible for understanding and adhering to these supplementary requirements when accessing such inventory or data.
Enforcement
Violations of these Policies may result in the suspension or termination of the Buyer’s account and agreements with Nuova Marketing. This includes rejecting future advertisements, at Nuova Marketing’s sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
